To secure your payments, you must inform Sambo Sea Trips about your requests. The company representative will contact you to discuss the arrangements and setting final touches to the arrangements as he will send you the details of the trip for final confirmation. You must confirm these details and paying the bank deposit, as shown in the details of each trip; to Sambo Sea Trips for navy activities through electronic transfer or credit card (Visa or Master Card is accepted).

Any changes made to the original booking is subject to acceptance or rejection. In case of receiving full payment or issuing a receipt, no administrative fees will be applicable except to the required changes.

Booking must be made as soon as possible time of booking the required trip. As 25% of total price will be deposited as initial payment.

Deposits may be made through bank transfer or sending it through western union or by credit card (visa or Master card). Advance payment must be deposited within 10 days of booking process.

1-Deductions couldn’t be merged

2-Cancellation within 30 days prior to the trip date, 20% of the paid amount will be deducted.

3- Cancellation within 15 days prior to the trip date, 30% of the total paid amount will be deducted.

4- Cancellation within 7 days prior to the trip date, 50% of the total paid amount will be deducted

5- Cancellation within 5 days prior to the trip date, 80% of the paid amount will be deducted.

6- Cancellation within less than 5 days prior to the trip date, 100% of the total paid amount will be deducted (no show)

8-Paying with visa card is made by euro and 3% shall be added to each process.

• refunding money to the same account is usually made by using the same method used in the original payment. Refunding money shall not be made in case of the absence of presentation for the current booking.
• Money shall be refunded only through the original method of payment.

The company acts as agent of participants relevant with travelling, whether by railways , boats, aircrafts or any other transport means, and it will not be liable to hurting, disease, damage, loss, accidents, delay or violations whether personal or in properties resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following reasons: weather , acts of God, major powers, acts of government or other authorities , wars, civil disorders, labor disputes, riots, stealing, mechanical defaults, health quarantine, works or delays, cancellations, or changes made by any hotel , air carrier or restaurant. It doesn’t accept any responsibility for any additional expenses.

If you have any special requests, please inform the company at the time of booking. The company will attempt to respond to these requests, but because this special request does not constitute a part of the contract, the company does not ensure doing so,

Tips

Tips is the mean used to express his comfort to the services provided by the employees in service for him. This will highly appreciated by the employees, but you are not required to do so.

If you have any complaints during your presence in Egypt, please inform the company (Sambo Sea Trips) immediately because most problems may be resolved rapidly. If you feel that your problem is still exist, feel free to contact the company CEO while you are still in your tour. Because we are confident that we are able to overcome the problem and working to satisfy you.

If you made payment for our products or services on our web site, details required to be submitted to payment provider by you will be made available via safe contact.

C-Card holder must keep a copy of processes records, the policies and rules of merchant. (Copy of paid receipt).

We accept payment through Internet via credit card / deduction from visa and MasterCard.

The Contract constituted in the company’s acceptance of the customer booking, as per the terms of booking, represents the full agreement between the customer and the company. As making payment or final payment through bank transfer or credit card reflects that they had read, and accepted all terms and conditions and accepted to comply with them.
